The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our” / “KnowledgeBay” individually and collectively refer to KnowledgeBay B.Com. MCQ App built and operated by AS EDUCATION SOLUTION and the terms “You” / “Your” / “Yourself” refer to the users.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the KnowledgeBay app and our Service and by accepting this, you indicate that you understand, agree and give consent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use our “Service”.

This Privacy policy is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic documents / records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This is a legally binding document between you and KnowledgeBay (both terms defined earlier) app(s). The terms of this Privacy Policy will be effective upon your acceptance of the same (directly or indirectly in electronic form, by clicking on the I accept tab or keeping the I accept checked or by use of the website or by use of the app or by use of the service or by other means) and will govern the relationship between you and KnowledgeBay for your use of the websites, www., and the Mobile App where in the name the term “KnowledgeBay” is used.

This document is published and shall be construed in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology (reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data of information) rules, 2011 under Information Technology Act, 2000; that require publishing of the Privacy Policy for collection, use, storage and transfer of sensitive personal data or information.

By providing us your information or by making use of the facilities provided by the mobile app, you hereby consent to the collection, storage, processing and transfer of any or all of Your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information by us as specified under this Privacy Policy. You further agree that such collection, use, storage and transfer of Your Information shall not cause any loss or wrongful gain to you or any other person.

A “Device” is any mobile phone or computer used to access the Privacy Policy including without limitation a desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone, or other consumer electronic device. This Privacy Policy governs your access of the KnowledgeBay Service, regardless of how you access it, and by using our Service you consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses described in this Privacy Policy. The Information We Collect And Store

We may collect and store the following information when running the Privacy Policy:

To avail certain services on our Websites and apps, users are required to provide certain information for the registration process namely: – a) your full name, b) mobile number, c) e-mail address, d) city or village’s name, e) area PIN code and the like. The Information as supplied by the users enables us to improve our sites and apps and thus, provide you the most user-friendly experience.

Information You Provide

When you register for an account, we collect some Personal Information, such as your name and Postal Index Number Code (PIN Code) of your locality and phone number. You also provide us your e-mail address when you mail us or ask question(s). We may also receive Personal Information (for example, your e-mail address) through other users, for example if they have tried to share something with you.

Your Data

We collect and store data you upload, download, or access with the Service (“Data”).

Log Data

When you use the Service, we automatically record information from your Device, its software, and your activity using the Service. We allow third-party companies to serve ads and collect certain anonymous information when you visit our app. These companies may use anonymous information such as your Google Advertising ID, your device type and version, browsing activity, location and other technical data relating to your device, in order to provide advertisements.

To improve the responsiveness of the KnowledgeBay App for our users, we may use “Cookies”, or similar electronic tools to collect information to assign each visitor a unique, random number as a User Identification (User ID) to understand the user’s individual interests using the Identified Computer. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your Device. Unless you voluntarily identify yourself (through registration, for example), we will have no way of knowing who you are, even if we assign a cookie to your computer. The only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply. A cookie cannot read data off your hard drive. Our mobile application does not collect such information from your mobile device at any time while you download or use our mobile apps as of the date this policy went into effect, but may do so in the future with your consent to improve our Service.


We also collect some information (ourselves or using third party services) using logging and cookies, such as IP address, which can sometimes be correlated with personal information. We use this information for the above purposes and to monitor and analyze use of the Service, for the Service’s technical administration, to increase our Service’s functionality and user-friendliness, and to verify users have the authorization needed for the Service to process their requests.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may also share or disclose your information with your consent, for example if you use a third party application to access your account. (c) prevent fraud or abuse of KnowledgeBay (or any app, website built or any service provided by AS Education Solution) or its users; or

(d) to protect KnowledgeBay (or any app, website built or any service provided by AS Education Solution) and its property rights.

We propose to share such information within the group companies and officers and employees of such group companies for the purpose of processing personal information on its behalf. We also ensure that these recipients of such information agree to process such information based on our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, but we will notify you (for example, via email and/or a prominent notice on our website) of any change in control or use of your Personal Information or Data, or if either become subject to a different Privacy Policy. We will also notify you of choices you may have regarding the information.

Non-Private or Non-Personal Information

We may disclose your non-private, aggregated, or otherwise non-personal information, such as usage statistics of our Service.

Our policy discloses the privacy practices for our own web site only. Our site provides links to other websites also that are beyond our control. We shall in no way be responsible in way for your use of such sites.

Changing or Deleting Your Information

If you are a registered user, you cannot change or delete your information. In some cases we may retain copies of your information if required by law.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We may retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Consistent with these requirements, we will try to delete your information quickly upon request. Please note, however, that there might be latency in deleting information from our servers and backed-up versions might exist after deletion. In addition, we do not delete from our servers files that you have in common with other users.

Our Policy Toward Children

Our Service is not directed to persons under 15. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 15. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us via “Contact Us” link. If we become aware that a child under 15 has provided us with Personal Information, we will take steps to delete such information from our files.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. If we make a change to this privacy policy that we believe materially reduces your rights. It will be the responsibility of the Users to check the Privacy Policy time and again. By continuing to use the Service after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
