How to change the Medium of Study in the app?

You can change your medium study by:

  1. Clicking the “Settings” button at the main screen.
  2. In the “Settings” screen tap on “CHANGE” to select your medium of study.
  3. Click “OK” to set the “Medium of Study” you have chosen.

I found an error in an answer or in a question in the app. How can I report it for correction?

We are very much dedicated to make every question and answer error-free in this app. However, there may be still some human error or typing mistakes available. In that case we request you to please report it to us so that we can make it error-free.

To report a question / answer please open the question / answer first then tap on Report Button (Report) icon. Then confirm and send the mail to report that question / answer for correction.

If I uninstall, change device or clear this app’s data, can I get back my saved contents from My Notebook?

Unfortunately No. This app saves all your saved contents within app’s data. If you uninstall / change your device or clear this app’s data you cannot get back your saved contents from your “My Notebook”.

Are there any extra question or service for Subscribers?

No. After free trial period, the app will no longer be usable. To use the app for specific period, user need to subscribe.
